Can I use my own bag?
Zippibags only, no loose bags. You'll get yours at your first pickup, and it's reusable for every wash.
Will you come to my area?
We're adding new areas step by step. Tell us your area and we'll let you know as soon as we reach you.
How much fits in one bag?
About 7kg. If the bag closes, it's one flat price. Nothing is weighed.
What if my bag is too full?
Pack it so it closes comfortably. Got more? Your driver can add another Zippibag to your order at the door, paid by QR before collection.

Do you do ironing or other services?
Not at the moment. We only do wash and fold.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
WhatsApp us your order number before your pickup window. Cancellations more than 2 hours before your slot are fully refunded.
When will I get my clothes back?
Same day if we pick up before 12pm. After 12pm, within 24 hours.
What can I put in the bag?
Everyday clothes, bedding and towels. Machine washable items only.
We can't take shoes, carpets, items stained with urine or faeces, heavily soiled or musty laundry, or anything that needs dry cleaning or delicate care.
Do you work on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, 7 days a week. Public holidays can affect timing. If your order is affected, we'll WhatsApp you.
How do you keep my clothes from getting mixed up?
Every Zippibag has its own QR tag, linked to your order. We scan it at every handover, so your clothes stay in your bag from pickup to your door.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Every collection and delivery is photographed. WhatsApp or email us your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we will look into it.
