Last updated 2 July 2026. These Terms govern your use of Zippidobi services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Zippi Digital Solutions (202603056514 / JR0187996-T), trading as Zippidobi — MOM's Quick Wash ("Zippidobi", "we", "us"). By booking a service you agree to these Terms.
1. Services & coverage
Zippidobi provides on-demand Wash & Fold laundry pickup and delivery within selected Damansara-area postcodes. Service availability is confirmed at booking and may change as we expand. We do not currently offer dry cleaning, ironing-only, or specialist treatments unless expressly stated.
2. Booking, pickup & delivery
- Same-day return applies to orders collected before 12:00 PM within our service zones; orders after the cut-off are returned the next day.
- You must ensure the laundry is ready and accessible at the scheduled pickup time. Up to 2 pickup or delivery attempts will be made.
- Estimated timings are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, traffic, volume or events beyond our control (see clause 9).
3. Pricing, payment & e-Invoice
- Wash & Fold is RM19.90 per bag (introductory Founding Member rate; subject to change for future bookings).
- A reusable Zippidobi laundry bag is a one-time RM5 charge and is yours to keep. One order = one bag; each bag has a fair fill limit as described in the app.
- Payment is due at booking through our authorised payment gateway. A valid e-Invoice will be issued in accordance with Malaysian tax requirements (LHDN) on request or as mandated.
4. Items we cannot accept
For safety and quality, please do not include: leather, suede, fur, silk or heavily embellished garments; wedding/formal wear; curtains, rugs or bulky household items; items contaminated with hazardous substances, bodily fluids, oil or chemicals; and any valuables, cash, jewellery, documents or electronics. We are not liable for prohibited items or valuables left in pockets.
5. Care, colours & inspection
Garments are washed and dried by category using standard commercial processes. Please check care labels — we are not responsible for shrinkage, colour running, or damage to items unsuited to standard washing, or for pre-existing wear, weak seams or defects. Notify us of delicate items in advance; we may decline to process them.
6. Lost or damaged items
- Every bag is QR-tracked from pickup to delivery. Please inspect your order on return.
- Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting details.
- Where an item is verified as lost or damaged through our fault, our maximum liability is, at our option, repair, replacement at depreciated value, or a refund of up to ten (10) times the wash charge for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Uncollected items
If we are unable to deliver after 2 attempts and cannot reach you, items will be held for 30 days. Uncollected items after this period may be donated or disposed of.
8. Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds
- You may reschedule or cancel before pickup at no charge. Once laundry has been collected and processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
- If we are unable to complete pickup after 2 attempts, you may reschedule or request a full refund of that order.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable period. For any concern, message us on WhatsApp and we'll make it right.
9. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, floods, strikes, utility or system outages, or government directives.
10. Promotions
Promotional and Founding Member rates are time-limited, non-transferable, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. Your data is handled per our Privacy Notice (PDPA).
