Questions before you book
How does the reusable bag work?
Your first order includes a free Zippibag (normally RM5) as a Founding Member perk — yours to keep. Every order after, fill it up and leave it at the door. We collect it, wash everything inside, and return it sealed and folded. We only accept laundry packed in your Zippibag — laundry in your own bags or containers cannot be collected.
Where do you deliver?
We are launching in Damansara — covering Kota Damansara, Mutiara Damansara, Damansara Perdana, Bandar Utama, Tropicana, and TTDI. See covered postcodes and areas →
When will I get my clothes back?
Hand over before 12:00 PM and your laundry is back the same day. After 12:00 PM, it will be returned within 24 hours — clean, folded, and ready when you are.
What can I put in the Zippibag?
Everyday clothing — shirts, pants, dresses, underwear, socks, light jackets. One flat price however full the Zippibag is.
We do not accept: urine or faeces-stained items, heavily soiled or musty laundry, shoes, curtains, or carpets. Items needing dry cleaning or delicate care are also not accepted at this time.
How do I know my clothes won't get mixed up?
Every Zippibag is QR-tagged at pickup and scanned at each handover — pickup, lab, and delivery. Nothing moves without a verified scan, and every handover is photographed.
What if I'm not home at pickup time?
Our driver will attempt a second pickup. If we still can't reach you, we'll reschedule at no extra cost or issue a full refund. Clothes are never collected without a confirmed handover.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Every collection and delivery is photographed. If you have a concern, WhatsApp us your order number and we'll investigate. We take full accountability for every order in our care.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
WhatsApp us your order number before your pickup window and we'll arrange it. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before your slot are fully refunded.
Do you operate on weekends and public holidays?
Yes — 7 days a week. Public holidays may affect timing; we'll notify you via WhatsApp if your order is impacted.
What if my Zippibag is too full?
Pack it so it closes comfortably — if it zips shut, you're good. If you have more than one Zippibag's worth, your driver can sell you an extra Zippibag on the spot for RM5, payable via QR before collection.
