Please pass hand over the ZippiBags to the transporter to be brought for wash. When it is ready the App will call on you to expect the delivery back to you. All within a 24 hour window. If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased from us, you may write to to request from us for a full refund. We shall credit your account to the amount of your purchase to be used for future purchases, however no refund will be made in cash. This eligibility of the full reimbursement is within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible for any refunds. We encourage our customers to fully inspect your clothing within the stipulated time. It is our intention to offer our best possible services. However, in the unfortunate cases of lost, damage to clothing, or below expectation in services provided by us, please be informed that our full satisfaction guarantee will take effect as stipulated above to the full amount purchased.

Pickup and delivery are always free and included in the cost. The RM18.80 will provide a service for the clothes to be returned back to the customers within a 24 hour window. Please use the App to communicate the delivery suitabilty of your clothes. Please be informed that we do not have the facility of storage (since MOMs will be washing your clothes from their homes) and customers are required to be ready to accept delivery within the appointed time. Any undelivered items will be charged a storage cost of RM5 per day. After a period of 7 days, the customers is deemed uninterested to receive their clothes back and thus the said clothes may be offered to charities instead.

Our services include simple folding of the clothes and have pack them nicely in an encasement. MOMs will put the clean clothes back in the ZippiBags and seal them for the transporters to deliver it back to you. On arrival, please check your clothes within 7 days and inform us in that period if there are items missing or any other issues related.

Yes, that is ideal. MOMs do not do the sorting out for you, and we will put all your clothes in a single washing. So, it is advisable if you wish to separate the colours for washing and put them in separate bags. Your first ZippiBag is free but we are happy to provide you with additional ZippiBags for a RM7.50 fee for each additional ZippiBags.

We highly recommend however that the customer always checks your pockets, separates your lights and darks, and take extra care for washes that requires extra attention when it goes into the washing machine or drying machine.

Zippidobi has developed a system using RFID technology and other SOPs to ensure your clothes remain intact and safe throughout the whole process. In the unlikely event that you stumble in the  situation that you have clothes missing or spoilt, please inform us immediately so that we can take necessary action and investigation. Please do not delay beyond 7 days as we would not be able to offer you any compensation beyond that. We shall offer you a free wash in your coming washes as compensation for each established and concluded case.

We do not charge you by the weight. Simply put as much as you want in the ZippiBags and we will wash it for you. No questions asked. However, please bear in mind that clothes need some areas for water and soap to interact with and move in the washing machine. Hence, if you stuff your bags too full, it may affect the level of cleanliness of the finished product.
